All data displayed in the extension is owned by Zillow.com and its respective owners. Comp Crunch does not claim ownership of any data or intellectual property belonging to Zillow.com. We simply provide a tool to make this publicly available data easier to analyze and understand.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements.
3. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Zillow.com's servers or networks.
